Ms. Pospischil has been teaching at Our Lady of Hope since 2001. Prior to teaching, she spent several years working in various corporate settings and volunteered as a mentor with big Brothers Big Sisters. She was interested in making a career change where she hoped to make a difference. Based on her personal experience of attending Catholic school and the positive experience it was for her, she decided to pursue a position in Catholic education with the hope of making a positive impact on the academic and spiritual development of children through teaching. She started teaching 5th Grade Reading/ELA for one year and then taught 2nd Grade for 12 years. Throughout those years she was blessed with the privilege of assisting in the preparation of students for the reception of the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion. Subsequently, she has moved to teaching Kindergarten and is currently in her third year. Ms. Pospischil has served as a Mission Moderator, Religion Coordinator, she serves as a Lector in her home parish and has participated in a Habitat for Humanity project in Florida.
